American ginseng is revered throughout China for its medicinal attributes.  Ginseng also grows throughout the Catskills, but oftentimes goes unnoticed.  Come along and learn how to identify this long-lived herb in our own Catskill forest. $5 CFA members/$10 non CFA members.
